in delaware what good health insurance company is more likely to accept you with pre-existing conditions?

Iam 22 female and i never had anything other then state insurance my whole life due to being in foster homes. iam now married and we need to get something good like aetna or blue cross something of the sort. i have a few pre-existing things such as knee pain and abnormal bleeding. neither one has ever been diagnosed. my husband is a little bit older and in very good health. who should we try first? thanks

You try getting on the group policy through your employer.
