People in countries other than america, what do you think of the healthcare bill passing?

I am a lower middle class american, i love it.
i am from the state of wisconsin which has had a state funded health insurance for low income families for years, my family has it, and it even saved my life when i had pneumonia.

I don’t know much about what’s going on in America & the healthcare bill, but I live in England. We have the National Health Service, & although people slag it off, we have the best healthcare service in the world. I was in America for a while years ago, & if you fall over there & go to hospital, they won’t see you unless you pay! Seems unbelievable here in England. My daughter was ill a few years ago, an ambulance came out to her & took her to hospital (nothing serious by the way) & she was seen straight away & treated. For FREE. It’s always FREE. EVERYTING is FREE. The reason the NHS is having money troubles is because of all the foreigners coming over to get OUR free treatment, then buggering off back home. (Although enough of them don’t even bother tp go back home!) I heard that pregnant women in America sometimes have to have their babies outside of hospital because the hospital won’t take them because they can’t afford the bills! What’s that all about???
